Science Playground is now open

Our science center in Katunje, Bhaktapur, is open, with more than 150 exhibits and a living science garden.

Science Playground is now open in Katunje, Suryabinayak-5, Bhaktapur.

Inside and around the building are more than 150 exhibits on light, sound, motion, magnetism, math, and more, many of them hands-on, and a living science garden with hundreds of plants to discover. Take a look at the exhibits and the garden before you come.

We’re open every day from 9 AM to 7 PM. Visits are by appointment only, so every group has the space and time to explore: book a visit and we’ll call you to confirm. School groups are especially welcome; see For Schools.
